i'm a new england born and raised girl, having grown up in massachusetts. i spent a few years in new york city, and currently reside in los angeles.

i graduated from a small college in new hampshire with a BA in film studies. unlike most of my fellow film major friends, i emphasized in critical studies, while they went on for production. i love film and its history. my wish is to become involved with film preservation and archiving. i recently received my MA in media studies at the new school in new york.
as i strive to reach my goals, i happily go about life discovering things that make me smile, blogging, and crafting things for people. i enjoy researching how media & society correlate for fun, watching a plethora of old films, and i also like to spend as much time as possible with my two adorable mini dachshunds, penny and harvey!
